The ABA is very fucking aware that Trump is breaking the law and ignoring the Constitution.
The ABA speaks for the entire Judicial Branch when it confirms that the OrangeHitler/Elmo administration is trying to create an illegal Dictatorship.
The ABA supports the rule of law
It has been three weeks since Inauguration Day. Most Americans recognize that newly elected leaders bring change. That is expected. But most Americans also expect that changes will take place in accor...

We’re supposed to just take Elon’s word that he’s found “massive” fraud in federal systems he took over? The same guy they found committing fraud on his fellow gamers?

As companies shell out big bucks for Super Bowl commercials, remember that many said they were forced to raise prices due to inflation.

Also remember that average profit margins in nearly every sector in the S&P 500 are running near or above 10-year highs.

Republicans have introduced a bill to abolish OSHA.

As a former labor secretary, I know firsthand how crucial this agency is to protecting workers from bosses who cut corners on safety to pad their own pockets.

This is the party of corporate greed, not the party of workers.

Representative Andy Biggs made an earlier bid to abolish the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in 2021.

DOGE is a trojan horse for Elon to gut labor, consumer, and environmental protections.

If he actually wanted to cut waste, he'd look at the massive tax loopholes, government contracts, and subsidies that benefit the wealthy and large corporations.

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent.

Opportunities are everywhere.

Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

Trump is halting support for popular programs that millions of Americans — especially children, students, and seniors — rely on.

All while gearing up to give his billionaire buddies and giant corporations another giant tax cut.
Trump's illegal freeze on billions of dollars allocated by law could:

-Hurt people in federally subsidized housing
-Block maternal and child health grants
-Halt emergency public health efforts
-Limit lead reduction efforts
-Hurt students on scholarship
-Harm hospitals

And much more.

SHARE WIDELY.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.

With mass deportations starting today across the country, it is vitally important - for both citizens and non-citizens - to know your rights.

You have the right to remain silent. Assert it. You have the right to a lawyer. Ask for one.
