In 2022-3 the Black Sea Grain Deal allowed safe passage for food and fertiliser. Russia tried to use it to force concessions then abandoned it...

And this, my loyal serfs, is why losing control of the Black Sea matters. Back in 2022 at the end of the grain deal we said "we won't guarantee the safety of shipping in Black Sea". My trolls paid no attention when Ukraine replied "neither will we".

The ICD doesn't do its job promptly or properly, the NABU Director may obstruct investigations to protect NABU's reputation, and the public don't trust it. Top bosses discourage whistleblowing and doing it brings negative consequences.
