I've cancelled my VRC+ and Adobe Substance Painter subscriptions. I find all I'm doing on there is wandering around bored and I'm getting a strong sense that I'm being avoided. I haven't really been inspired to work on avatars either.

I find a layered approach to finances is best:
- Have savings account (preferably high-yield) for your 1-6 months of expenses. Do not touch it.
- Have a checking account for your annual/semi-annual expenses. Do not touch until the bill comes in. If you can get a good interest yield on it, better.

Just watched "Return to Silent Hill". Metacritic has a review of like 31 at the time of this writing so I wasn't expecting much.
It actually ended up being pretty freaking good. I do agree, the acting does show some cracks at certain parts but overall, I enjoyed the movie.
