Every office has an executive tier whose emails are like:

saw on news , , can we replce complianc dept with web 3

and a worker tier whose emails are like:

Dear Jim,
First of all, I *love* this idea! Unfortunately, I spoke with Legal and identified a few issues with this approach. For starters…
Well, it's a little clearer now why billionaires are so invested in technology that produces better written emails.

My Instagram adverts have been shops that sell bras for small boobs (in English & German), and natural supplements for women with a lot of facial hair (which the advert tells me is due to high testosterone 😅😅).

What is Instagram trying to tell me?
C'mon you know I'm a trans woman already.

🇩🇪ᵈᵉ 󠀁󠁄󠁅Ein Grund, warum ich größer Bougierern gekauft habe, ist, dass ich den #5 bereits nach eine Woche könnte. 😅 Ich weiß nicht... Ist das gut? Schlimm? 😅😅󠁿

🇮🇪ᵉⁿ 󠀁󠁅󠁎󠀿󠁉󠁅A reason why I got bigger dilators, is because I was able to use the #5 after 1 week of dilating. 😅 I dunno, is that good? bad? 😜󠁿

sure, basically all the empirical evidence we have about participatory governance says that process transparency is key to citizens trusting and accepting outcomes.

but every tech bro/marketing major imagines they are somehow built different

At some point we have to confront that we're not trying to educate an ignorant population about the struggles of queer life and epistemic injustice.

They KNOW, and they want to keep it that way, if not make it worse. We are an affront to their pathetic, rotten societies.

i was bullied as a teenager in school in the 90s (what trans woman hasn't 😂😭). There was no social media, and no teenagers on the internet.
i wonder if social media & internet would have made things worse? i dunno?
but no internet meant that i was totally isolated from any possible peers for years

Nothing illustrates the arseholery of the IOC and the British Press more than the use of the image of a not-Trans woman to illustrate a story about trans women being banned (because there are no current trans women competing at this level)

Remember when despite the "dominance" of trans women in women's sport, no trans women qualified to compete at the last Olympics so the British press had to invent one?

The parents of trans people are notoriously unreliable figures in our lives. The phrase "deadname" arises from our communal knowledge that our own parents will erase our transition and very lives for their own narrative convenience when the world conspired to kill us before our own parents die.

I have already had several lawyers (former and present) reach out to thank me for my bravery in writing this piece. It's astonishing that stating such an obvious truth (that the judiciary cannot avoid the prejudices of the society it operates within) requires courage at all.
"As someone working in law, it’s heresy to say this, and it might even kill my chances of a career... But as a trans person, and someone fighting for the rights of my community, I refuse to remain silent. To me it just seems obvious: a heavily prejudiced society produces prejudiced institutions."
It’s no surprise that only 31% of trans people trust a legal system built to enforce prejudice, says Jess O’Thomson.

Like the Guardian, people view the BBC as left wing and, as a result, their combined anti trans campaigning has done more damage to trans people than the entire right wing media machine, because they legitimised the right wing's lies.
