A family member was diagnosed with ADHD lately but there's a 2-year wait for medication so he's been experimenting with coffee to help him focus, so... now I have multiple files open plus a gazillion browser tabs full of Ralph Steadman images, but I can't find the one I'm looking for.

A Reuters piece on investors' response to the budget used phrases like '... after UK finance minister Rachel Reeves' budget helped alleviate some concern about Britain's long-term finances.' and quoted an investment officer :"It could have been a lot worse and that's what the market was fearing,"
