On the 12 days of Christmas we are giving you! Cheap rate Calls. British Telecom is to bring families and friends closer together this Christmas with cheap-rate telephone calls over 12 days. Cheap rate calls are available continuously from 6.00pm on Friday December 23 to 8.00am on Tuesday, January 3. Between those times a 10-minute local call will cost 10p instead of the standard rate 25p or peak rate 35p. A five-minute trunk call, for example, between Stoke-on-Trent and London or Birmingham is charged at the extended cheap rate of 25p compared with the normal 76p standard rate and £1.01 peak rate. making sure you have a Merry Christmas

It's a movie about a man who receives thousands of letters, has amazing gifts, is constantly surrounded by snow and who always knows if you've been naughty or nice - which is why I wish to go on the record to say that 'The Dead Zone' is, in fact, a Christmas film.

garbage ••• What kind of world we're living in right now? Innocent people were targeted while celebrating life and faith. This should never happen to anyone, anywhere. My heart is with the Jewish community in Bondi, with the victims, the injured, and the families whose lives are forever changed. This is what we stand against. Hatred. Racism. Division. Violence in all its forms. There is no place for hate or brutality in our society. We must not allow this horror to be used to divide us. Let it remind us to stand closer and tighter with each other, with love, shared feeling, shared humanity, and for each other. If you are able to donate blood in Sydney, please do. Lives depend on it.
