I propose November 1st as resurgence day. Halloween ends, and we all pick up the phones again. MasterCard and Visa, bare minimum, once per day. Every day. All of us. They are only hiring the usual number of holiday workers, this would frighten credit card companies. “It’s not going away”
A source familiar w/ internal workings at MasterCard notes the company does not plan to recruit additional call center workers for the Christmas season, as MasterCard does not expect higher call volume than usual.
