As a Liberal supporter, this Pipeline MOU pains me greatly.
Seems a long shot but,
could it be that Carney is playing some sort of 3 dimensional chess with Smith and Alberta and will eventually declare "checkmate the environmentalist win"?
That is my only hope now.
