Canada and the rest of the remaining democracies need to do way more - weapons, aid, finance, etc - to help our ally Ukraine fight fascist Russia (our common enemy, which is at war with us too.) Also, there are lots of small things to help 🇺🇦 that everyone can consider doing. Ideas👇
Things You Can Do To Support Ukraine🇺🇦

Idea 1: Read, share and subscribe to Ukraine-based media, like the @kyivindependent.com Co-founded by a group of journalists in late 2021, it’s a great source of reporting + investigations about 🇺🇦, its fight for survival, and related European + global issues.
About
The Kyiv Independent is Ukraine’s fastest-growing English-language media outlet, created in November 2021, just three months before the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Trump’s Ukraine ‘Ultimatum/Peace Deal' Is a $2 Trillion Cash Grab for Trump, Putin and Their Pals
So it turns out Donald Trump’s big plan to “end” the Russia‑Ukraine war isn’t really about peace. It’s about getting rich off the rubble and the bones of Ukraine's war dead.

A phony peace process to appease Trump
First, we have to start with what Ukrainians would consider victory. Working backwards from that, we see that the ongoing diplomacy is a charade.

I think we may see it in the next group of major projects.
PM Carney has been preparing the manufacturing and steel sectors for this.
Transformers etc for grid power, steel products and fabrication for structures etc, wire and fasteners ...
And telling our allies we will be using Canadian steel etc.
And Wind West! Connecting southern grids to the North will dramatically cut the emissions and expense of electricity in the North, which would really help affordability for the people and businesses. This should be a Project in The National Interest IMO.
