Oh! speaking of people I saw in concerts this year--I saw Cake this spring! Second time I've seen them n it's always a fun time. To me they are like. THEE ultimate driving music ever, and apparently they're releasing a new album soon? for the first time n like 15 years??

I listened to a LOT of my bigass bollywood+indian cinema playlist, n I esp listened to a lot of the pushpa part 1 ost bc I watched that for the first time. Still haven't gotten around to watching part 2 yet lol. Also keep getting What Jhumka from Rocky aur Rani stuck in my head lmaooooo

I also went to see franz ferdinand this year, completely not even realizing they had a new album out lmaooooo. But I liked it! They did Evil Eye special bc it was close to halloween n that was really fun.

But also! I went to see the decemberists perform up in portland backed by an orchestra! n that was really fucking cool! We were there for a whole week and when I say that driving through gorgeous fall foliage n visiting like 4 waterfalls with the decemberists as the soundtrack is unparalleled? bro

obvs since oct 5th we've been in near 24/7 BTS lockdown, but specifically I've really enjoyed a lot of the rapline heavy songs, and I've listened to a lot of the members' solo project stuff too. REALLY love RM's and Yoongi's solo work in specific but am REALLY excited to see jin in theaters soon
