Last week I made the difficult decision to take a break from my masters program to let my brain rest. I was recently diagnosed with Autistic burnout and a break from the pressure and demand of academics may help settle some of my cognitive struggles.

This trip was about the meat! Sorta. I got to try: Iberico ham, A5 Waygu, and Peking Duck. All were sensational and a once in a life time experience. I will forever wax poetic about the transcendental experience of being a dirt-kid who made it to a point of being able to have these experiences.
