Hard to say because there was no context provided - the graphic just said xGoals and didn’t specify a situation but perhaps it could’ve been a rate stat instead of total and all situations

Different variables available from private sources that can be incorporated on top of different modeling techniques but even then I don’t think that would result in such a wide discrepancy
