Does anyone else remember how you felt when you found out Santa wasn't real?
I felt humiliated, stupid and I realised my parents had totally set me up. My mother was never my safe place again.

I'm definitely seeing comet next week, apparently. But not set a day yet. I've also been talking to someone new who sounds nice but possibly too good to be true. One other I have been talking to since July may be going ahead soon. We shall see.

NP has broken my trust again, and I don't feel emotionally safe any more. No idea where to go from here.
This is not an overnight thing, it has been happening gradually over 3 years.
