After watching a film I loved when it came out in the 80s I've looked at the guide and sky are showing films released in the 2020s cos it's not far off 2026 and I don't remember agreeing to getting old enough to remember over 40 years

Apologies, this is where the cake budget went.

Apart from two mins at the start where they recap the Apollo v Rocky 3rd fight with the "Ding ding" bit there's not been any boxing. I'm 13 mins in, it's all cake and robots so far
Rocky, Adrian and quite a nice cake actually, it's them in a boxing ring to celebrate their wedding anniversary

Rocky IV tonight. I'd forgotten about the robot. There's a lot of this robot, I suppose in the 85 it would've cost a fair bit so they made sure to get their money's worth. It was probably more expensive than Dolph Lundgren
The very odd robot scene from Rocky 4 when Paulie gets a robot for his birthday. There's like lots of this robot in the film, at one point Paulie gets it to use a female voice and it is very upset when Paulie goes to Russia. I'm sure they fit very, very close Paulie saying "What the hell is this?" about the robot. We are all Paulie
