So @golden.house.gov was indeed spreading disinformation when he said “Where I come from, if you shove a police officer, you're probably getting arrested." Padilla did not shove anyone, he was the one being shoved.

Why? Seriously, I'm interested. What needs is "Brendan" going to meet that makes it a good choice for the job? (I'm one of the few people who often prefers interacting with computers over humans, but I don't want them to pretend to be human and intelligent because, well, they're just not).

I WANT them to take each other apart, but you know, I don't think this will last. The relationship will be broken, but I think they're gonna walk the open hostility back.

She was a typical centrist candidate; let's not upset the apple cart of our big donors, make small, incremental changes. If I were American, I would have voted for her, but mainly because anyone was better than Trump. For me the Dems have been on too much of a rightward slide since Clinton.

Very little, if anything I'd support on immigration and climate. Immigration was esp bad. Nothing on pushing Israel about Gaza. Generally it seemed mostly a continuation of Biden's policies.

I'm not pinning any hopes on him dying early of natural causes. HE has great health care. HE doesn't feel the stress that's aging all of us because of him.
