I try not to post much on Trumpian BS, but this one got me... I dunno. If it's a joke, how is it funny? As far as asskissing goes, Lindsey Graham is maybe jealous of that cabinet meeting and wants to show he, too, can crawl up Trump's rectum all the way to his tonsils, rooting for a 3rd term?

The septic system is finished! We "inaugurated" it on the weekend since the hookup was done by then, but the contractor needed a couple of extra days to clean up (remove the temporary gravel road he built to get equipment in for the drainfield mound).
New septic installation in the back yard. The control mechanism for the pump and 6 dark green access covers for the 3 tanks are visible, everything else is covered with topsoil.

We have appliances! The delivery came when promised, they called us a day, and again an hour ahead of time -- yay Costco.

The nicest stove I've ever had. No more leaning over hot burners to turn them off; whoever made that a common design for NA stoves should be posthumously burned to a crisp.
Shiny new Frigidaire stove, front controls, radiant heat, convection oven, stainless steel, large knobs, digital control in the centre.

More progress on the septic system. The 3 tanks are in, and the gravel for the drainfield mound as well.

It's just good that I was never attached to the lawn. I'm planning to seed a mix of clover, fine fescues, and wildflowers after everything is graded, a low maintenance alternative to lawn.
3 large tanks for the level 3 septic system being installed at our new house. Also features the back deck (from which we have a really lovely view of the raven forest).

Been a good week; got two full loads ready and drove them to Port Alberni on Satur- & Sunday.

Ran out of banker boxes, so had to put up shelves so we could reuse a bunch of them. So the first holes have been drilled into our walls, where we can do what we want. ;)

Ate at Pizza Factory; yummy zah.
The first two sets of 5 shelves each in my room. This is all science fiction. The L-shaped desk made of doors and trestles will be underneath these.
