So uhh... The mood sets my pace and tone, and they shift almost daily. If I'm in the low, I write my standard fare of melancholic poetry. If I'm in hypomania, I either write about righteous anger or self empowerment works.

Anything in between is left to random chance... if that makes sense. 😂

I show her everything to my therapist because she uses them as my... emotional tracker..if that makes sense. Some make it here in Bluesky, the rest are hidden away. I write productively...two to four works a day. 😂

It does yes, and my therapist encourages it. It's a great outlet for me.
