Before antagonistically commenting on my takes, take a moment to consider that I’m smarter, wiser and simply better than you, and thus there must be something you’re missing if you think I’m wrong. There are at most 10 people to whom this doesn’t apply.
I feel like it’s okay to talk about all the non-evil reasons people use stuff like chatGPT and shaming them is not effective, but not without also discussing what specific function LLMs are replacing everyday.

I love how the primary argument against children’s access to trans healthcare these days isn’t even concern trolling about them not being trans. It’s just saying “they went on puberty blockers, then they transitioned and they were fine with it 😱”.

the passage is not a condemnation of pederasty, it's a condemnation of "effeminacy" and all that implies. it's referring to the roman ethos of penetration--penetrator is masculine, but being penetrated is effeminate, soft, submissive, etc, & its being penetrated thats being condemned in this passage

i've written about this before but the tl;dr this isn't true. "malakos" means "soft, effeminate," and it was slang for queer people, esp., trans women & gay bottoms. in the context of abusive exploitative relations like pederasty, it refers pretty exclusively to the child-victim, not the abuser

kinda reminds me of something i saw on mastodon the other day about how a lot of people who are obsessed with AI hype are simply unfamiliar with automation tools. they apparently think "human hackers" are limited by how fast your fingers can type & can't like. automate sending requests really easily
This shit about agentic AI executing a cyber attack with "thousands of requests, often multiple per second—an attack speed that would have been, for human hackers, simply impossible to match" coming out of Anthropic is such marketing bullshit.

when you understand that patriarchy views children as sexual property it all makes sense. there's no hypocrisy. exposure to queerness & transness threatens to "corrupt" the father's property, to "lead them astray" into self-determination, to taint their future sexual value. CSA is permissible as >
