I just watched the very first episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation
-for something aired before i was born, the old-fashion camera lighting tricks, props, and makeup are really beautiful for what it was
-anyone who watched this could watch One Piece, and vice versa

I brought it to Sac Anime to mess around yesterday, and I got some interesting pics. There's something nice about achieving these effects vs. post-edit☺️

I found a piece of glass at the 'buy nothing'store, and was able to recreate the starburst fx lens effect for my camera!

I don't regret not-paying for the 'premium' weather sealed version of the lens. The zip lock bag raincoat method has worked every time for me.

After checking out Hirohiko Araki's work in 'The Art of Manga' exhibit in the DeYoung Museum, I was very inspired! Seeing it in person is really different from a digital copy.
