Today is the 4th anniversary of the worst ever tragedy in the Channel.
At least 27 men, women & children drowned in the freezing water, & 4 more have never been found.
Since then, neither we nor the French have done a thing to offer people in this situation with real solutions.

Came across a cooked centrist who called Zack Polanski standing up to Starmer "infighting". Two options here...if he thinks the Greens opposing Labour is infighting he's wrong coz they're two different parties. If he thinks it's the LEFT infighting, well, Labour hasn't been the left for years now.

As a cis woman with short hair whose favorite outfit is a T-shirt and men’s jeans (they’re cheaper, more durable, and have POCKETS!) I’ve already had the ‘pleasure’ of anti-trans bigots trying to protect women from women like me.

If the EHRC had their way we'd see all women forced back into wearing only skirts and dresses and wearing their hair long lest they be suspected of being trans and banned from going to the toilet.

My thoughts are with all who lost loved ones or still struggle with effects of #Covid. Tho we knew it at the time, confirmation of the “toxic & chaotic culture” at heart of Govt; that they did “too little, too late” & that faster action could have saved over 20K lives is still horrifying
