There's some serious and legitimate concerns about the $24B from the PIF. Just look at any of the recent reporting about it's liquidity.

Funny that Netflix has said they have concerns about the financing of Paramount's offer all while it's been reported that the Saudi investment fund (PIF) has been experiencing tightening liquidity issues.
