War doctor sketch I did from 2014
Two pencil sketches on the same page. One a bust shot of John hurts war doctor (a decent drawing if not a good likeness) and one of the same doctor holding some sort of cobbled together weapon made from the spare parts of a dalek (this sounds cooler than the drawing is).

Reading Akira (ive had volume one for years and never actually found time To read it!) struck by the amazingly assured art and that the English translation is pretty good (“welcome To my humble commode”) but spotted this on a vehicle which probably would’ve meant nothing to me decades ago

When you take a panorama photo and accidentally capture one of the people from @wocco.bsky.social’s art in real life.
A person walking along the beach. The body has been weirdly distorted because it’s actually a series of photos mushed together to get a panorama photo, but this person was walking. They look like a human cartoon, wide body and stick thin arms and oddly delightfully compressed legs.

I’ve been to Argos. And this advert is so far removed from the average shopper that I see in Argos (which is an adjunct to local Sainsbury’s) that it’s actually really funny. “Oh look they have those nice new glasses now in Argos. Do they have them on prescription?”

what a great bunch of lads in the National Aeronautics and Spice Administration.
A photo of the Space Science Demonstration unit (a blue van) with three people - one standing, one on his honkers, one in the driving seat - it's a very 60s photo (all the men in suits). I've subtly edited all the appearances of the word "Space" to say "Spice" (And I've added a brown paper bag to one of their hands)
