I really don’t want to do advent puppy this year because it hurts so much, but it’s not fair to Chloe not to do something fun for her because Vivi is no longer here to do it with us.

I guess I’m lucky that Chloe DID permit me to teach her to sit and stay and shake hands etc but she clearly feels that is enough education for a retiree, it’s time for her to stop thinking & just stare at stuff.

Every puppy is an individual & you have to love them as they are but it is a mixed blessing that the Chloe is mostly immune to outbreaks of boredom hijinks because she does not see the need to try or learn anything new. She CAN stand on the dog platform but today she declined even to consider it.

If your vet is like my old vet, you might want to do a lil basket, being a vet or vet tech is such a hard job and this is a very hard time of year for everyone.
