Curious how the supposed “left wing media” hasn’t given attention to Trump’s father’s Nazi/KKK beliefs. Fred Trump was part of a Nazi sympathizers group in NYC called the Bund. He was also arrested for marching in a KKK rally and fighting with police in 1927. www.washingtonpost.com/history/2023...
Donald Trump’s father was arrested, too. Twice.
Donald Trump's father, Fred Trump, was arrested on two occasions, 49 years apart. One involved a Ku Klux Klan rally, the other code violations at a building he owned.

Senator Susan Collins is running for a 6th term in office. And while she’s suggested having played a key role in scaling back ICE’s presence in Maine, she’s also the #3 Republican recipient of donations from Palantir executives.

Yeah, sure. They did that in Maine, too, and almost the day after Sen. Collins announced the "end of the surge," I personally witnessed an ICE/CBP capture, and just this week 17 workers were ICE-napped twenty minutes away in Skowhegan. So there is that...🙄

Still around 100 community reports of ICE activity around the Twin Cities today, the most of any state by far.

In case you’re wondering why so many of us aren’t quite taking Homan’s presser today at face value.

helping MN is good. people need it. but people in your community need mutual aid too. care. resources. food. outside of times of crisis.

and you can help.

Excellent reporting work here. “Of the 67 people identified by the BDN, 58 of them lacked a criminal record that could be independently verified despite claims that the operation was meant to capture the “worst of the worst” #mepolitics

ICE said it was arresting ‘the worst of the worst’ in Maine. We only found a few criminals.
The BDN used court records and other sources to identify 67 of roughly 200 people arrested in Maine during last month's surge.

ICE arrested ~200 people during its surge in Maine. Only a few had committed a crime.

DHS data shows <14% of the people they’ve apprehended had charges or convictions for violent criminal offenses.

Fourteen.

The “worst of the worst” argument was always bullshit. Now we have the data to prove it.
Less than 14% of those arrested by ICE in Trump's 1st year back in office had violent criminal records, document shows
The official DHS statistics, which had not been previously reported, provide the most detailed look yet into who ICE has arrested during the Trump administration's crackdown.
