I have been making an extra effort as I know those community connections really matter, especially in rebuilding movements.

It’s a challenge for this introvert, but there are ways to make it happen!

(letting go of the rest is impossible, I know, so I remind myself that when I feel better - when, not if - I will have the energy for those things. I always do, even if I don't believe it now. But that's a future me problem. I'm letting those things go for now.)

And I try to sit in that, and try to soak what good I can out of it, and know that hanging on is work, I'm doing the work, and it will get better, again, somehow.

Just the one thing I want to do. And there's no judgement. Staying Earth-side is the only priority in those times. So it can be a nap, or the dishes, or watching my fav show, cuddling the cat, or knitting. Whatever. Just one thing I want to do. And I let the rest go.+

Hey friend, I'm sorry things are so hard right now. As someone who struggles with suicide on the regular, I know how dark it gets.

One thing that helps me is choosing the ONE thing I *most* want to do. And only one. It doesn't have to be productive, it doesn't have to be necessary.+
