Butter charred cabbage in spiced tomatoes.

Cut large green or red cabbage into 8ths, keeping stem in, remove guard leaves. Sear with olive oil (or ghee) on cut sides. Finish with 3-4 tablespoons butter. Season with garam masala + cinnamon. Add 28oz crushed tomato. Simmer covered till stems are soft

Hydrogen peroxide followed by scrubbing with dish soap - works great for diaper blow-out stains as well.

Polar firn can make something sort of like “graviquakes” (firn quakes) where a weak layer undergoes a cascading collapse. Some can go up to 100s of km!
