I'm less self-conscious now at places with food when I ask what's in the food so I can consider my sensitivities/preferences. But the way people think you can just skip details. Today I bought a ham and cheese croissant, bit in, and there was a damn CORNICHON in there to jumpscare my taste buds.

I thought when I joined SAG-AFTRA my days of doing weird, no-budget indie features was over, but thanks to the new microbudget agreement, another of them has found me. Booked it, y'all! Filming this weekend; still feeling out what I'm permitted to share but this one looks EXTRA weird.

Finished "The Space Pirates," which is a significant benchmark in running classic "Doctor Who" - the last broadcast serial with lost episodes. So no more animation or telesnap reconstructions, which could be a real trial to watch. There is "Shada" in the future, which is a category unto itself...

Because there are no residual payments on videogames, many actors rely on convention appearances as a replacement income.
Because cons = $, cons have begun expecting talent to make it through YOU (no appearance fee).

They will tell you no. They might even laugh.
Now imagine any developer actively trying to use AI VO to save money wanting to offer something like that.

This year I've been lucky enough to audition for voice roles in new projects set in universes I love, but recently I auditioned for the first time for an existing show that I already watch and enjoy. That felt like a milestone worth celebrating.
This is a good starter pack of inspirations from movies and shows that I love for my performance as Pinnec in "Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment." I love the stern-but-secretly-warm-hearted-veteran-warrior trope and it seems to suit my voice.

Thanks for making Launch Day of "Age of Imprisonment" such a joyous celebration! It's re-affirming to be back on a project of this scope. I'm excited to see if there are fans for Pinnec; his design is so fierce and I felt good about what we came up with vocally. Now it's in gamers' hands!
