I think the claim of “phases” is going too far. There’s only one strand of development being analyzed here. Other lines of development, neural and behavioral, show other phases and turning points.

I would say typically first in first out except for special issues. Some editors sometimes try thematic groupings.

TL;DR: basically the same contemptible garbage as all the other schools, anti-trans, anti-protest, more restrictive on admissions than the court held in SFFA. 75 million dollar tribute payment. At least no surveillance of teaching evaluations I guess?
