It was supposed to be "be gay do crime", not "be gay be crime".

Magneto was right
Einstein, foreground, Tojo, rear. This year has taken both of my boys from me, six months apart. Einstein earlier in the year, from sudden and unexpected illness, Tojo, last weekend, age, cognitive decline, and kidneys… It was time. We expected it soon. Einstein‘s death came out of nowhere, though.

Used to be we had a good thing going on Global. If I wanted to read all of Edens Zero, that’d be US$500, roughly, at $15 a volume For 33 volumes. That’s AU$760. With the generous $3 a volume discount.

Needless to say, I’m not buying any of that. It’s more than paperback prices on Amazon right now.

You want to know the last time I even signed into DeviantArt? It was MSN-client icon still being a thing worth making long ago.

I didn't publish a lot, but at the time I would make simple wallpapers, and occasionally icons for random things that weren't often part of a Gnome or KDE icon set.

@stjepansejic.bsky.social I finished Sunstone last night, and started Mercy today, and all I can say on reading your foreword is “mmm yes, harder!”

That's gonna be a reaction image. I'm not sure what reaction, but it's gonna happen.

This might be the trans-est thing I’ve ever read. I can’t be the only one who thought that, reading Ultimate Spider-Man #1, this year, right?

Easiest decision I’ve ever made. I lost my cat, earlier this year, and you know the weirdest thing? He loved Mr Stake. He’d sit on the coffee table, eyes glued to the TV, whenever I put on your Soul Silver nuzlocke. Well, maybe he just liked the bright colours. He loved Star Trek, too.

@aaliyah67.bsky.social So which one are you, little fishie? Zero posts on your OF, and a picture that has apparently been used everywhere for years?

Respect to the Captain America.

Is this because I mentioned butthole sunning and/or crystal magic?

Aaaand followed. Love a good creator-owned comic. Looking forward to it! (And also checking out your other stuff)

Looking through my photos on my iPad, I saw some of my reply comics to @crustaceansingles.com. Some of these stand alone and I don’t even remember what they went to!

Well that’s genuinely upsetting… just spent my entire lunch break trying to log into the @globalcomix.com app. Reset my password. Reinstalled the app… the last update broke something on iPad.

Imagine how much of a cunt you have to be for "anti-transgender activist" to make the first sentence of your Wikipedia article, before listing anything noteworthy in your career.

I had a Steam account back in 2004, and hadn't used it in years. I straight up forgot the login and didn't have my old email address, a Yahoo one, when I got back to using Steam, so these aren't my "first", but I promise the real first weren't much better.

I was thinking more about it today, and I've figured it out: Ben Shapiro's understanding of Superman makes perfect sense if he's only read Wonder Warthog!

I asked ChatGPT to give it a go. It kept trying multi-panel comics and couldn't keep straight who was talking, and blending characters from panel to panel, so this was the third attempt. I had it describe it before telling it to run with it. The red box is what it thinks a "red button" joke is.

@plex.tv a real class act, when the privacy changes aren’t a link you can touch, and the “I do not agree” isn’t actually a button and touching it does nothing.

Time for Jellyfin. I’d been avoiding doing that, because changing seems like a PITA, and yet here we are.

I am appalled that my coworker, who is a fan of 90s Lucasarts point and click adventure games, particularly Monkey Island, has never played Loom. It’s like he didn’t ask Cobb about Loom at all.

Why yes, I do enjoy sudoku. How did you know?
