Yep! I make my own seitan, and even have a counter-top meat slicer. I’m so far down the rabbit hole it’s ridiculous.

I’m sensitive to the fact, as someone who writes about alcohol on a monthly basis, my column is very much not for everyone. I’ve grappled with whether it’s “moral” for me to write it given known health impacts. Folks have a lot of reasons for not drinking, and all of those are valid and fair.
