My kid is excited by them, I refuse to stand in a line or pay the amounts they go for but I grabbed one that was already in a junk bag at the thrift and it lives proudly, scowling, next to her bed now.

My 8 year old is a pro at spotting ai slop too. We laughed together over a terribly pieced together reading printout and she says she wants to write a book about stopping the use of generative ai.

We’re there. My kid has asked to share my clothes, rummaged my closet, and was the recipient of a t-shirt at a concert merch table last night.
