This is “Jody”, my 2001 Volvo S60; Named after Jody Summer from F-Zero. Even palette-swapped GX Jody Summer models to match the colors (more on that later). Had her since 2013, and she’s the very 1st of 3 cars I’ve owned. The name ended up so fitting over the years—It’s borderline frightening 🤣

She sounds so good, and despite trying to clean up the audio, the mic on this camera is bleh, and just doesn’t do it justice. 🏎️

I agree–PROVISIONALLY. Sure; there had been several cases of IP being fatigued, or outright destroyed by corporate greed/agendas, but particularly in the case of F-Zero, I'm certain there had been quite a few pitches being more than strong enough to work within the last 20+ dormant years...🤔

Satellaview data conservation is fascinating, there's a ton of lost Nintendo media (actual games and levels!) still potentially on cartridges in shops and homes, and you don't know until you dump them. These lost F-Zero tracks were recovered after a $2,500 bounty was set (and yes they got paid!).
FOUND! We dumped BS F-Zero Grand Prix 2 Week 1! Probably one of the most major finds we did in a while.
BS F-Zero Deluxe has also been updated to version 1.1 to include the original data from this one!

Did a weird thing—Swapped the Samus Unmasked (Melee) head on Zero Suit Samus (Brawl)—Turned out better than expected! Scaling/aligning the body/head took some effort, but wasn't too bad.
Always preferred "Classic Samus" over ZSS, but I also like ZSS enough to do this. 🤣
