Trans pride flag above my bed. I'm 53 and widowed an I'm out and I'm proud. And my late wife would have been proud of me too! She would have been proud of me finally asserting who I really am.

I have psoriasis so when I've tried using foundation, it does weird things on my face. I'm also just new to using makeup but I find I feel the need to do something every day. It helps me feel more feminine.

I'm going on HRT soon and was just wondering if anyone could tell me about feminization surgery in the United States for someone on disability.

I spent a couple of days in the hospital because I had been steadily bloating until I simply couldn't function anymore. It turns out I have a leaky aortic valve.
It's being treated with medication and I'm now closely monitoring my sodium and fluid intake.
