I can't find a higher res version of the whole thing, there are more panels on the sides of this recessed section. Some more refer to the Russo-Japanese War, others to historical Asian conflicts, maybe also scenes from mythology on the side? Also there is an Allosaurus in front of all this.

Above all that, along the top/over the doorway is a map of Eastern Asia with presumably figures from historical conflicts engaged in combat, such as Mongols and figures in feudal Japanese armor. A wider photo showing a mounted Allosaurus skeleton and a couple of columns in front of this mural. Also barely visible is that the mural has additional panels that wrap around the recessed sides of the space it's in. A photo taken with a long lens with the allosaurus' head in front of the Russian and Japanese ambassadors, so it looks like Roosevelt is dictating directly to the Allosaurus. In true American fashion, one of the biggest things we learn about it was that US president Teddy Roosevelt won the Nobel peace prize for negotiating the peace treaty. I actually first learned this before history classes because of liking dinosaurs; there is a 1935 mural of it at the AMNH in NYC.

On a red background, Roosevelt, flanked presumably by Columbia, is standing, addressing a group of Japanese and Russian Ambassadors who are holding olive branches. The names or titles of each figure are written in their native language/script, along with a small flag. On the table is a map showing Japan being ceded Korea and territory in Northeast China, and at the ground is an open book with Russian and Japanese flags, text, and seals, which I assume to be a signed treaty or something. Above the heads of the figures is a bunch of golden wheat, presumably dividing this section of the painting from the rest.
