I've been waiting for this.

Independent autopsy of Renee Good is in. It's strong evidence against Agent Ross, given what it means about the second or third shot through the left-side window.

It's the second and third shots that make the easiest criminal case of a willful killing.
Independent autopsy in ICE shooting death of Renee Good released by law firm in civil investigation
The results of an independent autopsy for Renee Good have been released as part of a law firm's civil investigation, two weeks after she was shot and killed by a federal agent in Minneapolis.

People have this impression local Fox is the same as national. (They DO have the same owners.) And while I give no media, especially TV, a pass, I will say Fox9 has been one of the better locals.
Without sounding like a cheerleader for KMSP-TV, tonight they dedicated nearly 30 minutes of the 9 pm newscast to stories about the Occupation and the Resistance. A couple of deep dives, too. If you watch any teevee news locally, I recommend @fox9mn.bsky.social.

DHS agents have a quota for arrests…not actual deportations.

Just in case you wonder why they’re going after citizens and observers too.

Well that and the fascism.

Let's talk about the midterms.

ICE is terrorizing and punishing blue states and cities to suppress your votes using fear from ICE- yes it's already started.

Blue states need to wake up and have a plan to deploy the National Guard to protect polling stations & voters from the federal government!

ICE agents ate at El Tapatio in Willmar, MN, then came back hours later and detained the workers who served them. Turning a meal into surveillance isn’t public safety it’s intimidation. Remember private businesses can refuse service to ICE agents!

“Would your mama be proud of you right now?” a bystander said as agents returned at closing time to nab the workers.

Breaking tradition, judges are now speaking to the public through their rulings to warn of democratic backsliding. As Trump bulldozes history in real time, judges across America are putting the facts into the permanent record– where he can’t touch them. #Velshi
America’s judges are creating a record Trump can’t erase
Federal judges across the country are issuing extraordinary warnings as Donald Trump tests the limits of presidential power and pushes the nation toward authoritarianism. In a rare move, Judge Susan Graber urged Americans to “retain faith in our judicial system for just a little longer,” as lower courts work to restrain Trump’s overreach. These judges aren’t just issuing rulings— they’re preserving the factual record at the very moment Trump is trying to erase history, collective memory, and truth itself.

Judge Luttig: “We the People” are the final backstop for American democracy
While the Supreme Court has largely enabled Trump’s power grab, lower-court judges have risen to the moment, calling out government lies and defending the Constitution under historic pressure. Former federal judge Michael Luttig notes that, in the absence of a Supreme Court willing to confront Trump’s abuses, lower courts have taken the extraordinary step of speaking directly to the American people through their opinions— breaking with centuries of judicial tradition — because, as he puts it, it is a paramount obligation of federal judges ”to condemn what’s happening in America today.” If the Supreme Court fails to meet the moment, Luttig is blunt about who is left to defend democracy: “It’s we the people in whom all power resides,“ he says. “If the Supreme Court will not come to the aid of the country, then all that’s left is for we, the people, to take back the country through elections and protests. We have no choice.“

The entire bottom 50% of America is worth just $4.2 trillion.

Read that back.
