Believing Trump bombed Venezuela to stop drug trafficking is like believing he redacted the Epstein files to protect the victims

I wonder how many social programs they are going to cut to pay for this takeover?
It's an old and obvious pattern. An unpopular president - failing on the economy and losing his grip on power at home - decides to launch a war for regime change abroad.

The American people don’t want to “run” a foreign country while our leaders fail to improve life in this one.

Regarding the U.S. attack on a sovereign nation and the kidnapping of its leader and his wife, I wonder if anyone has even considered how badly this is going to piss off China. After all, they get a huge amount of oil from Venezuela, don't they?
Just sayin'

You know who else has a large amount of nationalized oil? Yep, that would be Mexico. I have a feeling that the takeover of Cuba will involve a military base with weapons aimed directly at our neighbor to the south.
But nobody listens to me when I say these things.
Also for anyone suggesting Canada is limited in what it can say because of its proximity to and dependence on the US, that didn’t stop Mexico.
"Mexico strongly condemns and rejects the military actions carried out unilaterally ... by armed forces of the United States of America against targets in the territory of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in clear violation of Article 2 of the [UN] Charter"

Good morning, frugalites! Headed off today to get my BOGOs from Publix. They are expensive, so I only buy BOGOs there, aside from some items I can't get elsewhere.

What is your favorite grocery store, and why?

Have a lovely day!
