Have you ever heard someone go off, and their words are so perfectly chosen, so well said in that moment, that you’re in awe? You think, “There’s nothing to add here,” and you applaud in your head.

That’s exactly this. Pure perfection. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I made a dish inspired by this one tonight and I have to agree it's one of my favorite ways to prepare tofu now.

I would like to see just one journalist quote Charlie Kirk’s problematic comments to Matt Shaw and ask him to respond.
Making a decision to participate in a political movement that's anathema to many Americans — including a large percentage of Cubs fans — only ensures that Matt Shaw will remain in the spotlight in 2026.

Don’t be that spouse. If you have a spouse, fill their fucking stocking. Why is this a thing??? 😒😒😒

While everyone else's stockings are hung with care, Mom's is often the last to be filled — if it's filled at all. Why? For many families, moms are the magic makers of the holidays, but so often their needs can be overlooked.

My best friend *literally* started joking about me being Cassandra at the fall of Troy immediately following the 2016 election so this makes me feel both validated and full of rage at how myself and others were maligned. newrepublic.com/article/2042...
The Americans Who Saw All This Coming—but Were Ignored and Maligned
Call them the Cassandras: the people—mostly not white and male—who smelled the fascism all over Trump from jump street. Why were they “alarmists,” and how did “anti-alarmism” become cool?

It's been my personal anecdotal experience that people who have gone no contact with a parent usually have done so for good reason, and that re-establishing contact on the parent's terms would do both parties more harm than good.
