I wish there were more options for assisted living. My mom can't afford assisted living and she doesn't qualify for Medicaid. I'm taking her back home today where she will be alone during the day and left with access to her medications. I am a nervous wreck.

What a terrible time in US to have an aging parent who requires supervision. She is not wealthy enough to afford assisted living, and we are unsure if she qualifies for Medicaid, and even if she does, is it worth the gamble with this cruel regime? #sad
