OPTIONAL: In between (i.e. between 26TH AND 31ST OCTOBER), choose 5 near-misses or honourable mentions (HMs). NB: this is six days, so if posting, there will be a spare day – which one is entirely up to you. These picks will each receive 5 points. You may decide them in advance, but you are encouraged to use HMs to “boost” songs you’ve seen picked, and would like to help. While HMs are optional, please bear in mind that, in order for you to qualify for full participation in the project finale Part V (February 2027), you must choose 50 songs and at least 5 HMs. OPTIONAL: You may also submit up to 45 more near-misses/HMs (so a total of 50) on or before 30TH NOVEMBER, e.g. if you discover or remember great songs. However, please do not post these: use the list option in Rule 10 below. You may screenshot your list and post that if you wish – please use alt text if so. Please also note these are not required in order to qualify for Part V. The extended deadline is to encourage discovery and maximise points from HMs (see also Rule 10 below). Instead of posting, you may send a full list of 50 songs to nonoxcol2018@gmail.com by TUESDAY 25TH NOVEMBER and between 5 and 50 HMs by SUNDAY 30TH NOVEMBER. Note the change of deadlines, as I will now be processing between 25th and 30th. If you are sending a shorter list of 5 near-misses/HMs, you may DM my challenge account on Bluesky instead of emailing. As with your main list of 50, the HMs (5, 50 or any number in between) are not restricted to singles. TODAY is… SUNDAY 26TH OCTOBER 2025 It is THE FIRST DAY OF HMs for #TheTwen2ie5. It is not Day 26 – that is Saturday 1st November. TODAY and the rest of October will be for HONOURABLE MENTIONS (HMs) only – 5 songs, 5 points each. These are optional, but please remember that 5 HMs per challenge are required for your participation in Part V, the finale, in February 2027. You can post one per day (there will be a spare day), send a DM to the challenge account or send an email to nonoxcol2018@gmail.com. I will also add a teaser… IF you remember the other music challenges I used to run on Twitter (July 2021 to September 2023), what I can promise is a finale that gives you the best of both worlds. A combination of #1C000LEST and the game elements from that era. It will probably be my ultimate sign-off, so I want to make it as memorable and special as possible. All Too Well (10-minute version or Taylor's Version) MUST be picked for the 20s.

The *original* version for the 10s.
