This #fluorescencefriday I am gonna introduce some work from the lab :) We identified a new GTPase cascades that we believe drives cargo flow along post-Golgi pathways! Compartments positive for ARF1 shed ARF1 (green) to acquire Rab11 (magenta) to become recycling endosomes. Can you spot an event?
