I'm surprised TNA didn't borrow the piped in crowd noise mixtape from their overlords. This is painful to watch.

Take my money! 😁

The turn based combat direction was a tough one to get behind too but The Man Who Erased his Name won me over. We need more Okada in future releases though 😁

Never bet against Okada when the Unified Title is on the line! Ahahaha...ahahaha...haha ha ha *thud*

Oh yeah that demo got a LOT of playtime. They did save Raiden in MGS4 but I'd argue that if you have to make a character into a cyborg who can attach blades to his legs and attack foes with it like a propeller while doing a handstand, just to get over, the character was deeply flawed to begin with.

It may be two decades but the wounds still feel fresh, dude 😅

Which in itself was an act of futility. Everyone knows that 'make it better' refers to replacing the beloved protagonist an hour into the game in secret and swapping out varied locations for an oil rig.

Yeah, plus as an existing fan a little or that is still good to see. I think the concern of targeting the casual fan is what else that might entail. Shorter matches, more promos & recaps, more celebs, less hardcore matches, PG language etc. Essentially Fed Light. But surely there are other ways.

That's the ticket 😂 brand loyalty can get in the bin.

Yeah you can set your watch to it now. Like Bischoff ripping into AEW's ratings the week Smackdown had its lowest viewership ever. It's hard to even get riled up about it when you see it coming a mile away.

Totally agree with this. AEW's presentation and storytelling has no doubt continued to improve over the years. Hitting that balance is never gonna be easy but as long as they don't go the beating us over the head with recaps route we'll be fine 😀

WWF house show at the Glasgow SECC April 1993. Mr Perfect pinned Lex Luger in the main event.

Ricochet's surprise debut at AEW All Out '24. Was something like 'Ohhhhhhhhwaaaaaaaahyeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!'
