Learned today that a dose of Skyrizi without insurance is $20-22K. I assume the drug is effective, but guys, that commercial is on every five minutes. Maybe funnel some of that advertising budget into reducing the medicine's cost. People who need it it will find it without hearing the song.

I am nearly 40. Around 13, depression and self-hatred ruled my life. I never thought I'd live beyond 30; I barely squeaked by, having almost completely decimated my life at the time. At 30, a BPD diagnosis led me to Dialectical Behavior Therapy and practicing mindfulness. (1/5)
