Peppermint Patty (Peppy) was timestamped at ACCT Philly. She was found as a stray, but no dog ends up in this condition overnight. She is severely emaciated, weakened, and had been wandering the cold streets of Philadelphia with a body that was barely holding on.

SNARR is a small rescue with a big heart. We don't have large facilities, corporate sponsorships, or municipal funding. What we do have is an adoption center we are incredibly proud of—something most rescues our size can only dream of—and a community of supporters who believe every dog deserves

Look into those eyes and tell her she doesn't deserve to live happy and loved... Her sweet face is confused over what has happened in the time since we lifted her from the street. A bowl of delicious food along with kind words are not what she's used to. The gentle hands of a vet is likely new.

Agents in Key Largo, Florida ripped this woman wearing medical scrubs out of her car as she screamed she is a US citizen. Agents cuffed her and put her in one of their cars.
