Actually in addition to Nothing the pod was also used on much of the silent hill soundtrack, tons of fear factory songs, lots of NIN stuff, a couple of deftones songs… people love the bean.

it's good at what it does. It kinds of lends itself to soft, cloudy, resonant, airy, kind of sounds. The new version is a whole new UI but in terms of soundscapes basically exactly like the original. I DO like the new sample import, though, since I like turning sounds into scapes
