just programmed my new Half Marathon training plan. I adapted it from one i used 10 years ago to break 1:40. Now i'm trying for low 2:00s but really just need some consistency and ass kicking.

today i bought myself two books, my partner one book and a bird watching fold out, and one of my kid's a book. i love our local bookstore because we went in to get one book for the kid and ended up stumbling upon the rest.

i literally do not know how to do this anymore. having terrible mental health before the country was falling apart was one thing. it's so much worse now. (am not suicidal, just don't know how to function in this society)

i'm never on here anymore, because my feed is just overly news and negative stuff. but i've officially passed my qualifying exams and i'm a doctoral candidate in epidemiology. now, off to write a dissertation filled with "banned" terms.

tomorrow is day one of my qualifying exams for my DrPH. It's the Epidemiology concentration day. 6 hours of time to do 4 of 6 questions that i haven't really studied for. I think i'll be fine, right? right?
