This was preventable. Why? Because it was predictable. The Constitutional Coup didn’t start now but when SCOTUS ignored Constitutional disqualification and majority MAGA Congress disarmed itself from enforcement. Now Blue States can end funding to fed but they still believe we can sue out of it.

I expect that at some point someone will try to change the election laws to 'if you're registered as (a specific party) then your vote counts as (that party's candidate) and we're going to eliminate voting all together'.

I was just denied access to the ICE processing center at the Whipple Building.
Members of Congress have a legal right and constitutional responsibility to conduct oversight where people are being detained.

Any administration that instantly clears one of its officers of a suspected capital crime is just begging for other trigger-happy poorly trained ICE officers to do the same.
