I haven't seen the dunking posts specifically about games themselves thankfully. Most of them were just like, 'this console is obviously of no use to me beyond being a glorified 4K player' lol

This is a really great way to quantify your work without giving out titles! Love this! I might do something similar since most of my work this year isn't stuff I can proudly display since either my name isn't on it, it's not out yet, both.

I have a ceramic hot water bottle and it's just the best. The water in it is usually still lukewarm when I empty it to get ready for the following night 😍

I ended up buying a micro SD for my phone and reviving my digital collection when I quit Spotify. I only really listen to the same 15 songs on loop anyway lol

Just going to creep in to say that YouTube Music's pay per stream rates are apparently somehow even lower than Spotify's, so if that's a priority for you...😭

Yeah, it's definitely an approach I can understand and appreciate even if my own personal policy is to not QT (which is a personal skill issue), especially when there are better tools in place to manage QTs on posts.

I think replying is done with more care(?) in JP too. You often see replies start with an apology for not being mutuals when it happens.
But I know some in EN believe that QTing is fundamentally a harassment/aggression tool. Mastodon only *just* added a very customizable version for this reason.

I've lived here 10 years and never gotten more than 3 years and I know people who have only ever gotten 1 year. Yet someone I worked with at my first job arrived fresh off the plane from Scotland with a shiny 5 year status card (to work the same job).
