This is almost certainly an undercount. Inquests into deaths can often take years. Even obvious suicides are often ruled as accidents due to cultural and religious norms. Further, many families may not be supportive and their trans identity may not have been known outside of friends.
The number of trans youth suicides in the UK quadrupled in 2021 following significant restrictions in access to care. The NHS tried to cover this up with a fake report that tried to hide the truth.

The violence we are seeing against very young children (under 5) denotes a profound state of psychological degradation. We, as a society have not moved far away from the pathological lack of empathy towards children historically rooted in slavery and Native American boarding schools.
