I guessed at putting Kai into the midfield the other day and the madman Arteta did it and what a difference on the offense that made. Albeit against Kairat, but I still want to see the evolution of this going forward

Is there any chance Kai can play in the Odegaard role? I seem to remember him playing mid when he came to us. I know he’s better at playing 2-way there than Eze is for Arteta’s style. I’m trying to figure out how to maximize the firepower we have.

Okay I’ve cooled a little. Here’s my thoughts for today’s game:
1.) Zubimendi - Worst day in an Arsensl shirt
2.) Jesus very ineffective. Turned the ball over a lot & looked for ref to bail him out.
3.) Back line uncharacteristically frantic today, especially w/ Saliba & Gabby.

isn’t a Gyokeres only problem. Not a single person anywhere near the end of those crosses today. Sloppy turnovers, too many times getting baited into giving up cheap fouls. We got off our game in the 2nd half and never made them pay in the first half. Missed opportunity to send a message.

It certainly didn’t change anything in the table standings but what a blown opportunity for #Arsenal to not make City and Villa pay for their draws. Idk what even was that 2nd half. Disconnected. Wasted possessions. MLS’ worst game. Now we know not finishing or being in the right position…
