The sunset turns the sky red, orange and gold. The clouds are blue and purple. The ocean water is a deep blue with highlights of the sky's colors. Where the waves break, there is white foam and the shoreline reflecting the sky is the a burnt orange color.

Big Gulp!

My cormorant-people like to move from one part of the lake to another in big numbers. It seems fall-specific and occurs in the morning. They kept coming, leaving their roost in a different section of the lake.

Today we have a dramatic landscape photograph which captures a shoreline with dark grey rocks, golden sand, and grassy dunes under a stormy sky in a place called GreyStones. Co. Wicklow, Ireland. Our photograph presents a landscape dominated by natural elements. In the foreground, a pile of dark grey, rugged rocks forms a barrier along the shore. To the right, tall, dry grass covers a dune, its colour a muted golden hue. Beyond the rocks, a flat expanse of golden sand stretches towards the ocean, where waves gently meet the shore.
